Voter ID Laws Protect Electoral Process

In an attempt to alleviate rampant voter fraud discovered in previous elections, the state of Texas passed a new voter ID law in 2011, which the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) brazenly blocked March 12, 2012 because it claims the law would disenfranchise minority voters. A Pink Slip For Attorney General Holder?

During a recent speech at the American Constitution Society (ACS), United States Attorney General (AG) Holder lauded our American civilian court system as “our most effective terror-fighting weapon.”  Holder’s address, along with his whole AG career, reflects a flawed ideology that believes wrapping enemy combatants in the American flag will somehow steer them towards full disclosure.
