We should build the Keystone Pipeline, drill in Alaska, manufacture energy-efficient vehicles, and call for the resignation of United States Energy Secretary Steven Chu, to name a few. Over-Regulation Is Choking The Life Out Of Business

I guess we were supposed to be encouraged last week when the regulator-in-chief pulled out his plastic preschool scissors while promising to cut the government down to size. “The government we have is not the government we need,” Obama announced to a group of business owners at the White House on January 13, 2011. New EPA Regulations Harmful to “The Folks”

An eleventh-hour ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals in D.C. to temporarily delay an Environmental Protection Agency’s Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) scheduled to go into effect January 1, 2012 saved the day for Americans who are doing their best to make ends meet in this struggling economy and cannot afford higher electricity bills.
